I ordered the smokehouse sampler. I shared it with my neighbor. There was still plenty leftover for the next day. I can be a bit of a barbecue snob, but this was really wonderful. That slow smoke flavor permeated everything. The meat was so tender and Max flavor. I already recommended it to my son. I'll continue to recommend it to others. And I'll be back. I think next time I'll get just the ribs and the brisket. Five stars for sure.

Weekly customers getting our bbq fix. This is the closest to midwestern bbq where we are originally from. The meats are so tender because Que knows how to bbq using low temp heat and cooking slow. We repeat our orders of the smokehouse burger (really a brisket sandwich with shredded onion rings), smoked chicken and fall off the bone ribs. Order the baked beans.....the best anywhere and addictive.

The brisket was impressive—rich, smoky, and incredibly moist with a beautiful bark on the outside. You can tell it was slow-cooked with care, and every bite had that deep, authentic BBQ flavor. These reminded me of the ones my father (who was from Texas) use to prepare.
